Property and Design is my lifelong passion — from architecture and interiors to fashion and visual communication; which helps me see value and potential where others might not.
I also care deeply about giving back and supporting HIV/AIDS education and awareness, community radio station 3MBS and the Arts eg The Australian Ballet.

Our founder’s journey into property began with one transformative decision, the purchase of a first home in Melbourne in 2003. Born and raised in Malaysia and having studied in Perth, life’s path brought him to Melbourne in 1998, where working for a property developer sparked a passion for identifying valuable properties. That first home became the cornerstone of a growing portfolio, teaching invaluable lessons about financial management and resilience.
From navigating challenges like mortgage repayments and credit card balances to leveraging equity for future investments, this experience shaped a profound understanding of the property landscape. Over time, the portfolio grew, enabling opportunities such as supporting loved ones during difficult times and achieving above-market returns on sales.
